Refund, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

All Single Sessions expire 30 days from purchase date.

Packages expire 4 months after purchase date.

Refund Policy

  • Sessions & Packages:

    • We do not offer refunds for purchased single sessions or packages unless the client is unable to attend due to a medical emergency, in which case a refund or  studio credit.credit will be issued upon verification.

    • If you decide not to continue your sessions after the first one, we may offer a partial refund based on the number of unused sessions, but this is at the discretion of Brava Pilates.

  • Special Promotions & Discounts:

    • Refunds are not available for sessions purchased through promotions or discounted offers unless specified in the promotion's terms.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Private Sessions:

    • To reschedule a private Pilates session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.

    • Reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to the full session cost.

    • If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show," and you will be charged for the full session.

  • Group/Multi Client Classes:

    • We require at least 12 hours' notice for rescheduling group Pilates classes.

    • If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled group class, no refund or reschedule will be offered, and the class will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

  • Private Sessions:

    • Cancellations for private Pilates sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a charge for the full session price.

  • Group Classes:

    • Clients can cancel group classes up to 12 hours before the start time for a full refund or credit.

    • Any cancellations within 12 hours will result in the forfeiture of the class fee.

Extenuating Circumstances

  • Medical Emergencies:

    • If a client is unable to attend due to a medical condition, please provide documentation, and we will be happy to discuss rescheduling or Studio Credit for remaining sessions.

    • In such cases, we may offer flexibility depending on the nature and timing of the emergency.

No-Show Policy

  • A "no-show" is defined as a client missing their session without any prior notice. This will result in the client being charged for the full session price.

Agreement

By booking a session with Brava Pilates, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy.
